Pasta, red lentils, green split peas, barley, soup base (no MSG), potatoes, carrots, onions, cabbage, green peppers, leeks, red peppers, herb and spices.
Directions for Large (8-10 servings):
In a large sauce pan combine 10 cups water, 28 oz can crushed tomatoes and contents of package.
Optional: Add chopped carrots, potatoes, cabbage, Italian meatballs, or ground beef.
Bring to a boil, then cover and lower to simmer for 1 hour.
Directions for Small (4-5 servings)
As above but use 5 cups of water and 14 oz can of crushed tomatoes.
